This website is hosted on the Netlify platform, which collects some data for each request in their access logs (including the IP addresses of visitors). This means if you visit any page of the 8028.de website for any number of times, each page visit results in your IP address being stored in Netlify’s access logs. This information is stored for less than 30 days.

Mail (mailbox.org)

As soon as you use the provided email address to get in contact with me, these emails are processed by mailbox.org. A brand of the german Heinlein Support GmbH, which is an ISP that is well known for taking data protection very seriously. For another layer of privacy I encourage you to encrypt your emails to me by using the available pgp-key. All unencrypted emails received by my inbox will be encrypted by default.

Anyway, some logs are kept for 7 days to verify that the emails have been correctly delivered/received if users complain about the loss of an email, and to protect against misuse. These include sender, recipient, message ID and size of a sent or received email. Parts of the content or subject of an email are not stored in this context.
